How can I register?
Registration for Arabian Travel Market is FREE OF CHARGE for trade visitors as long as you register before 30 April. You can do this easily online. Click here for the 2012 registration form. There is a fee of 100 AED for registration at Arabian Travel Market During Arabian Travel Market, a visitor badge can be obtained from any registration point at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
How quick is the registration?
Registration online takes no more than five minutes. Click here to register today You will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your confirmation email will include your badge number, please bring this with you to Arabian Travel Market to print out your badge.
Where and when can I pick up my badge?
You can pick up, using your unique reference number (URN), once you have registered from the registration points onsite.
What is my URN?
Your URN, unique reference number, will be sent to you with you on your email confirmation once you have registered. This number matches your details on our system and enables the process to be a quick and easy for you. If you have any queries about your registration or your badge details are incorrect please call +44 (0) 845 218 6018 and quote your URN. If you lose your badge before the exhibition use your URN to get a replacement onsite from one of the self service badge or the registration desks.
I haven’t received my badge in the post, what shall I do?
Arabian Travel Market is not sending badges in the post or via email. All badges can be picked up at the self service badge screens or the registration desks at Arabian Travel Market
Do Press need to register?
All journalists must be registered to gain admission to Arabian Travel Market. Your press badge will also give you access to the Media Centre. Badges can also be collected from the registration point at the Media Centre.

Who needs an Entry-Visa into the UAE and what do I do?
Citizens from certain countries are required to obtain a visa for entry into the UAE. Please contact your local UAE embassy. More information on Visas If you book your accommodation through The Vision they will be happy to organise your Visa for you.

When/what is the Hosted Delegate Appointment Setting Session?
This 1.5 hour session will give you the opportunity to meet and make appointments with new contacts. The Delegates selected for this programme have been pre-qualified based on their budget and interests and are new to the show. How: They will be seated at tables which are arranged according to their industry type (Leisure, Meetings and Incentives or Golf) and then alphabetically sorted by country.

How many badges am I entitled to?
Your badge allocation is dependent on the size of your stand. Any extra badges requested in excess of your free allocation are paid for at 110 AED (US$ 30 each) payment on-site will be asked for in Dirhams.
1 – 14 m2 = 6 badges
15 – 49 m2 = 15 badges
50 – 99 m2 = 20 badges
100 – 299 m2 = 30 badges
300 – 799 m2 = 35 badges
800 m2+ = 45 badges
How many badges do I get if I am an exhibiting partner?

What is the Buyers Club?
The Buyers Club is Arabian Travel Market's Business Club for travel buyers visiting Reed Travel Exhibitions' leisure events, to meet with and purchase from exhibiting companies. Arabian Travel Market recognises the importance of senior buyers within the travel industry by awarding them membership of the Buyers Club on a show by show basis. Do I qualify to be a Hosted Delegate?
To enjoy the benefits of the Hosted Delegate programme, those applying must meet the qualification levels set to ensure that all participating are genuinely interested and qualified to do business. Potential for future international business. Evidence of past / future business in the Gulf and / or Middle East OR genuine interest to learn about the region.
