Description
The Position: Manage F&B product delivery from catering contractors, by designing and implementing innovative and pleasing menus, and contribute towards being the world's leader in innovative airline catering.

Qualifications:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Recognised Professional Qualifications in the Food and Beverage Management.
Internationally Certified Hygiene Auditor.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years in the hospitality industry of which at least 3 years should have been in an airline catering environment.
Knowledge/skills:
Knowledge of food production, development, food safety, and product distribution.
Must have extensive knowledge of global food product and service delivery trends and concepts.
Must demonstrate good contract management capabilities
Good understanding of cultural dimensions and adapting to managing delivery of product from world-wide catering locations.
