Description

You will be part of the team of Department heads and report directly to the General Manager. In detail you will be responsible for: - to select and train the Engineering team. - to ensure all relevant procedures are in place before the opening. - to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to guests - to ensure that Engineering staff deliver top quality, friendly service with a smile at every stage within departmental and corporate standards and guidelines. - to maximise employee productivity. - to train Engineering staff appropriately and proactively. - to conduct HR related tasks within department. - to making and following up on preventative maintenance programs - to ensure that all mechanical systems are operating in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and local requirements and regulations - to maintaining the hotel’s assets
