Club Bali Resorts Indonesia, one of the Indonesian archipelagos fastest growing Resort Development & Management companies, has today announced that its next resort development will be a four star international rated resort development located in Lembang, Bandung, in West Java, Indonesia.
In keeping with its focus on resort developments, the site, located at 1550 meters above sea level on top of Gunung Putri, offers stunning panoramic views of the Bandung Basin and the surrounding mountain ranges. Slated as an Eco Resort, the company has been in discussions with international Environmental rating agencies, universities and local & international architectural firms about consulting on the design and layout of the property. The resort will encompass 160 plus rooms ranging from standard hotel suites up to deluxe private villas, conference and exhibition facilities with a total planned space of over 2000 square meters, multiple swimming pools and recreational facilities, an organic restaurant & out door coffee shop. Club Bali Resorts is expecting to start construction as early as June with an 18 month construction time frame to soft opening in late 2013
“ The location is just spectacular. It sits at the highest developed point in the area with stunning views of the entire valley. We are very excited about this development as it allows us to express a more sustainable approach to resort and tourism development then has been previously seen in Java. We are working closely with the local population and hope to bring not only employment to the local community but also work with and encourage the development of truly independent support businesses to supply the organic produce that we will need as well as ancillary services such as laundry & transportation.”
