Darren Wickham is the Managing Director of Customer Service at Sabre Travel Network Middle East and he heads up the training, IT and Infrastructure departments. He has more than 20 years of strategic and tactical experience in contact center management, outsourcing, off-shoring, operations analysis, telecommunications, networking, systems analysis, application selection and implementation.
Darren has managed technology strategy, product training, and operations activities for the North America Software Support Call Center. He has also directed projects such as a client/server-based CRM application, as well as creating and implementing a customer support and operations center within Kuwait Airways to centralize all support of computer software and hardware.
