Dina Al Herais is Emirates Holidays’ Vice President – Commercial Operations, a position she’s held since 2007. She is responsible for all Emirates Holidays’ commercial operations in source markets in Europe, CIS countries, the Middle East, Africa and Asia; as well as strengthening the company’s relationships with travel trade partners, boosting sales, negotiating and implementing enhanced distribution channels.

A UAE national, Dina joined Emirates as a trainee in 1994. Over the years – she has built strong credentials in Commercial Operations working at the airline’s outstation offices in South Africa, Tanzania, Cyprus and Egypt. Prior to her current appointment, she was Area Manager in Jordan.

Dina graduated from the UAE University, and subsequently reinforced her aviation knowledge with an intensive training programme in International Airline Management.
