Mohamed Al Rais graduated from business school at the American University of Sharjah (AUS) in 2006. During the time he was studying (from 2002) he worked part time for Dubai-based travel firm Al Rais Travel and after graduating, joined the company full time. He took on the role of deputy managing director of the company’s holidays, car rental and online business in 2009 and continued to study to attain IATA qualifications. He believes that to be a successful person you must accept a challenge and in accepting it, face that challenge head on.
