Bruce is the co-founder multi-award winning Online Travel Training (OTT), playing an integral part in the rapid growth of OTT since launch in the UK in 2007. OTT is now a global leader in travel & tourism e-learning offering travel agent training for over 100 travel products in several global regions. OTT has recently launched e-learning in the Middle East in partnership with Travel Daily. Bruce has 18 years experience within travel working in operations, marketing, recruitment & elearning. Bruce has recently been shortlisted in the 2011 Travoluton Awards ‘Rising Star’ award in the UK and is looking forward to overseeing the complete roll-out of travel agent e-learning across the globe in 2012.
