Arabian Travel Market hosts 150 of the industries top buyers through the Hosted Delegate programme. The programme is an effective way for buyers looking to expand their business in the Middle East through increased access to the right exhibitors.

  • Do I Qualify?

    Each Hosted Delegate must meet each of the criteria below to qualify for the programme:

    • Potential for future international business
    • Evidence of past / future business in the Gulf and / or Middle East OR genuine interest to learn about the region
    • Responsibility for contracting and have potential for future contracting in the region
    • Annual budget
    • First time Hosted Delegate to Arabian Travel Market

  • Online Diary Facility

    Hosted Delegates can use the Online Diary to make appointments with the exhibitors they wish to meet at Arabian Travel Market 2012. Each booking made via Online Diary will count towards the 15 appointments you are required to make during the Appointment Setting Session.

    Date: Monday 30 April 2012
    Time: 9.15am - 11.00am
    Where: Al Multaqua Ball Room

    The Delegates will be seated at tables split into their industry type (Leisure, Meetings & Incentives or Golf) and then alphabetically sorted by country. Exhibitors can then choose to talk to any Delegate they wish to organise a meeting with during the show to negotiate future business.
