REGISTER:

How can I register?
Registration for Arabian Travel Market is FREE OF CHARGE for trade visitors as long as you register before 06 May. You can do this easily online. Click here to register now. There is a fee of 100 AED if you turn up at Arabian Travel Market without registering.  During Arabian Travel Market, a visitor badge can be obtained from any registration point at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

How quick is the registration?
Registration online takes no more than five minutes. Click here to register today You will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours. You will then recieve an email in March containing your ebadge. You will need to print this out and bring it with you to Arabian Travel Market.  Alternatively, if you forget it, then if you have your email confirmation containing your badge number, you will be able to print out your badge onsite.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?
You will recieve an email in March containing your ebadge. You will need to print this out and bring it with you to Arabian Travel Market. Alternatively, if you forget it, then if you have your badge number which will have been on your confirmation email, you will be able to print out your badge onsite.

I haven’t received my ebadge via email, what shall I do?
If you don't recieve your ebadge email in April then please contact our customer service team who will be able to help you.

Do Press need to register?
All journalists must be registered to gain admission to Arabian Travel Market. Your press badge will also give you access to the Media Centre. Badges will be emailed to you in mid March.

Who needs an Entry-Visa into the UAE and what do I do?
Citizens from certain countries are required to obtain a visa for entry into the UAE. Please contact your local UAE embassy. More information on Visas If you book your accommodation through The Vision they will be happy to organise your Visa for you.

When/what is the Hosted Delegate Appointment Setting Session?
This 1.5 hour session will give you the opportunity to meet and make appointments with new contacts. The Delegates selected for this programme have been pre-qualified based on their budget and interests and are new to the show. They will be seated at tables which are arranged according to their industry type (Leisure, Meetings and Incentives or Golf) and then alphabetically sorted by country.

When can exhibitors access the venue for build up?
Construction on space only sites:

All displays and exhibits must be completed by Sunday 05 May 18.00

When can exhibitors dismantle the stands?
Removal of portable exhibits and displays Friday 10 May 08:00 – 21:00
General dismantling of standfitting Saturday 11 May 08:00 – 20:00
All exhibits, standfitting etc, to be removed by Sunday 12 May 12:00 noon

How many badges am I entitled to?
Your badge allocation is dependent on the size of your stand. Any extra badges requested in excess of your free allocation are paid for at 110 AED (US$ 30 each) payment on-site will be asked for in Dirhams. 
 
1 – 14 m2  = 6 badges 
15 – 49 m2  = 15 badges
50 – 99 m2  = 20 badges
100 – 299 m2  = 30 badges
300 – 799 m2  = 35 badges
800 m2+  = 45 badges 

How many badges do I get if I am an exhibiting partner?

What is the Buyers Club?
The Buyers Club is Arabian Travel Market's Business Club for travel buyers visiting Reed Travel Exhibitions' leisure events, to meet with and purchase from exhibiting companies. Arabian Travel Market recognises the importance of senior buyers within the travel industry by awarding them membership of the Buyers Club on a show by show basis. This enables buyers to optimise their time spent at Reed Travel Exhibition events through a range of pre-show and onsite benefits that allow them to accurately identify, network and do business with both existing and potential suppliers who are exhibiting at an event. Only the Google Think Travel Event is an invite only session. Other than that, all seminars are free to attend and are on a first come first serve basis.

When do I receive my badge once I have been chosen as a Hosted Delegate?
Your badge will be in your information pack which will be in your allocated hotel room on your arrival.

Do I qualify to be a Hosted Delegate?
To enjoy the benefits of the Hosted Delegate programme, those applying must meet the qualification levels set to ensure that all participating are genuinely interested and qualified to do business. Potential for future international business. Evidence of past / future business in the Gulf and / or Middle East OR genuine interest to learn about the region. Responsibility for contracting and have potential for future contracting in the region. First time Hosted Delegate to Arabian Travel Market.
